About us
How it started
Ellen Estetica opened in 2012 with a simple and, at the time, fairly unpopular idea: tell people what their skin actually needs, even when that is less than what they came in to buy.
Over the years the studio has grown in skill rather than square metres. We have added protocols, training and equipment, but never more chairs: one appointment at a time remains the constraint the diary is built around.
Today we work on face, body, hands and eyes, with the same rule as always. If a result cannot be achieved with beauty therapy, we say so and point you to the right person.

Transparent pricing
The estimate happens before the session, not at the till. If the protocol changes mid-way, we ask you first.
Verifiable hygiene
Single use for every client, autoclave for reusable tools, a log of sterilisation cycles.
Continuous training
Refresher courses every year: techniques change, and what was fine ten years ago often is not enough now.
Stated limits
Beauty therapy does not replace dermatology or aesthetic medicine. We say so upfront, not after three sessions.
